Crying Out to Jesus

I come with trembling hands tonight

A heart worn thin by the fight

Through every shadow, every fear

I call your name, I know you hear

I'm crying out to Jesus

From the valley and the flames

I'm crying out to Jesus

Only you can heal my pain

When my strength is gone and breaking

When my tears fall like the rain

I'm crying out to Jesus

Hold me close and speak my name

I've carried burdens I can't hide

A storm of sorrow deep inside

But when the world has turned to stone

Your mercy finds me, takes me home

I'm crying out to Jesus

From the valley and the flames

I'm crying out to Jesus

Only you can heal my pain

Oh, when my strength is gone and breaking

When my tears fall like the rain

I'm crying out to Jesus

Hold me close and speak my name

If you can calm the darkest sea

Then let that power rest in me

I lift my voice, I let it rise

'Til hope returns beneath these skies

I'm crying out to Jesus

From the valley and the flame

I'm crying out to Jesus

Only you can heal my pain

Oh, when my strength is gone and breaking

When my tears fall like the rain

I'm crying out to Jesus, Jesus

I call your name
