Metrobus Routes

Morning stops at the depot, wheels are rolling free

Metrobus on the streets of town carrying you and me

Route one and route two, route three and route four

Route five and route ten are moving people door to door

Metrobus, keep us moving through the day

Route 20, 51, 61 on the way

65 and 71, 93 lights the night

98 and 236, keeping city dreams in sight

Natural bus, hear the engine fling along

398, 610, 690, 500 strong

From the first stop to the last, we ride the rhyme

Metrobus, every route is running on time

Down the avenue and past the shops you know

Every stop a little story as the passengers flow

Route one, two, three, four, five, all part of a scene

Ten and twenty in the city, keeping everything clean

51, 61, 65 and 71 too

93 and 98, they bring their day to you

Two, three, six and three, nine, eight

Sixty, ten, six, nine in the air

Five hundred takes us home again

Steady, bright and clear

Natural verse

Cop us moving through the day

Mood twenty-fifty-one

Sixty-one on the way

Sixty-five and seventy-one

Ninety-three last the night

Ninety-eight and two, three, six

Keeping city dreams inside

Natural verse

Hear the engine sing along

398, 610, 690, 500 strong

From the first stop to the last, we ride the line

Metrobus, every route is running on time

Metrobus

Metrobus, rolling through time

Every route and every journey keeps the heart good sound
