Moonlight Monster Boogie

When the moon pops up and the night turns blue

Tiny monster ego tap-tap too

Bumpity bump in the pumpkin glow

We wiggle in a row, nice and slow

The shadows jump, we giggle loud

Hold my hand now, sing it proud

We dance, dance, dance under the moon

Friendly monsters shaking to the tune

Ooh-ooh, ooh, scary turns to fun

Clap your hands and join everyone

We dance, dance, dance, don't be afraid

In the moonlight, silly magic is made

Ooh-ooh, ooh, hear the happy sound

When the monster crew comes bouncing around

A fuzzy bat waves from the tree

A green soft doe says, follow me

We hop over broomsticks, one, two, three

Laughing all the way with a poo and a pee

Who's that stomping by the gate?

Friendly monster feeling great

What do we do when the night feels dear?

Send the fear into fun, that's clear

We dance, dance, dance under the moon

Friendly monster shaping to the tune

Ooh-ooh-ooh, scary turns to fun

Clap your hands and join everyone

We dance, dance, dance, don't be afraid

In the moonlight, silly magic is made

Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, hear the happy sound

When the monster crew comes bouncing around

Little scares can sparkle bright when we laugh together in the light

Peep over, we shrink away

We'll be boogie and play and pray

We dance, dance, dance under the moon

Friendly monsters singing in the room

Ooh-ooh, ooh, scary, close to fun

Everybody clap now, one by one

We dance, dance, dance, don't be afraid

In the moonlight, silly magic's dismay

Ooh-ooh, ooh, hear the happy sound

Friendship makes this spooky world go round
