Moonlit Pumpkin Parade

We march down the sidewalk

Tap tap in time

Glowing little pumpkins

And a shiny orange lime

Costumes are swaying

In the cold night air

Everybody′s grinning like

We don't have a care

Hands in the air

We laugh all night

Candy in our pockets

The moon goes bright

Under the pumpkin

Once we sing and sway

Friendly little frown on Halloween day

Doorbells are ringing

We skip to the door

Trick or treat buckets

Are heavy and more

Coffee and chocolate

And bubbles of cheer

We share what we got

With the friends right here

Hands in the air

We laugh all night

Candy in our pockets

The moon is bright

Under the pumpkins

We sing and sway

Friendly little friend

On Halloween day

Wrestle of costumes, a clatter, a clap

Tiny footsteps patter in a pumpkin map

The shadows wiggle, we giggle instead

With a glowing lantern bobbing over hair

Hands in the air, we laugh all night

Candy in our pockets, the moon is bright

Under the pumpkins, we sing and sway

Friendly little fright on Halloween day

Watching home, smiling till the end of the night

Stooky and sweet in the soft lamp lights
