Move It Again, Boss

As if I learn in academy

The morning starts the same

Bosses come with one more task

And they never take the blame

Move this desk, shift that box

Put the papers by the door

Then they change their minds by noon

And ask for something more

Move it around, move it back

Say one thing now

Then change the track

School is working

While the bosses just decide

Who then stuck around all day

Nowhere left to hide

We lift and carry, we rearrange

We keep the halls in line

Every plan gets torn apart

Before the clock can find its time

From the front office to the classroom

Every order takes a turn

By the time we finish one small job

There's another left to learn

Move it around

Move it back

Send one thing now

Then change the track

School is working

While the boss sits just aside

Moving stuff around all day

Nowhere left to hide

We do our best with patient hands

Still, they keep us on the run

One minute, it's a simple move

The next, the job done done

If you want the work done right

Then give the people room to breathe

Don't keep changing every plan

It's like the pressure up on me

Move it around

Move it back

Say one thing now

Then change the track

School is working

While the boss is just aside

Moving stuff around all day

Nowhere left to hide
