Neon Rain

Clock strikes twelve and the sky starts leaking

Like a fluorescent, no time for speaking

Treading through the corners where the dark stays deep

Or the rest of the world is fast asleep

My silhouette is pulling on a heavy chain

Trying to find the rhythm in the freezing rain

Steel bars locking up the heat inside

But the spirit's too big for a piece to hide

Spark in the dark

Wild and fierce

Spark in the dark

Watch us pierce

Through the night, hearts on the run

'Til the battle is won

We'll spark in the dark

Wild and fierce

Step to the curve where the asphalt glows

Following the path that nobody knows

Every single ghost got a story to tell

Moving to the tempo of a midnight bell

I was caged in a box, I was boxed in a cage

Now I'm flipping every chapter, I'm tearing the page

From the concrete cracks to the open sky

You can see the lightning in a rebel's eye

I feel the spark in the dark

Wild and fierce

I feel the spark in the darkness

Watch as it pierces

Unite hearts on the run

'Til the battle is won

With a spark in the dark

Wild and fierce

The pressure's rising

The walls are thin

Can't contain

The storm that's within

Break the locks

Let the energy flow

Nowhere to go

Oh, where we go?

There's dark in the dark

Hot and fierce

There's dark in the dark, watch us pierce

Through the night, hearts on the run

'Til the battle is won with a spark in the dark

Loud and fierce
