Pumpkin Jack Inferno

Moonlight flickers on the porch tonight

A carved ring glows with a wicked light

Tackling a spirit in a coat of smoke

Rattling the fences with a matchstick choke

He's a pumpkin spirit, burgeoning up the block

Clap your hands, kid, when the windows knock

He goes, ah-ah, all across the street

Playful manners in his stomping feet

He rolls through the alley with a cackling spark

Paints the sidewalks bright in the midnight dark

Every curbside shadow starts to dance and sway

When that fiery grin comes to play

He's a pumpkin spirit burning up the block

Clap your hands, kiss on the window and knock

He goes, ah-ah, all across the street

Playful manners and his stompin' feet

Shout it out now, don't you run away

He's the king of the fright and the prank parade

One little in-between's a whole night wild

Mischief in a flame like a wicked child

He's a pumpkin spirit, burning up the block

Clap your hands, kids, when the windows knock

He goes, ah-ha, all across the street

Playful menace at his stompin' feet

Burn, burn, pumpkin soul

Set that whole block rock and roll
