The Moonlight Monster Shuffle

And the moon goes silver and the shadows sway

We tiptoe to the pumpkin patch and shout hooray

Middle babbling giggles in the cool night air

We do it goofy wobbly, don't have a care

If a sticky shake goes boo, we just grin

Shake the shivery feelings, let the fun begin

Hands hit the monsters

Under the four moon clouds

Bang and hop and bounce

To the friendly spooky show

Turn our scares into smiles

Watch the whole night beam

Everybody boogie in a moonlit dream

Dance with the monsters

Clap and sing along

Tiny feet and big laughs

Make a Halloween song

A clumsy little mummy does a silly slide

A one-eyed werewolf dances right by our side

The bats in bowties flutter, the ghosts all twirl

We're the brave little dancers in the midnight whirl

When the night fills wiggily and the thunder rolls

We hold hands together, heartbeat strumming rolls

Every square gets smaller when we shine our light

Friendly spooky magic makes a happy night

Dance with the monsters

Under the full moon glow

Spin and hop and bounce

To the friendly spooky show

Turn our scares into smiles

Watch the whole night beam

Everybody groovy in a moonlit dream

Dance with the monsters

Clap and sing along

Tiny feet

And big laughs make a hollow being so

So I'll leap and twirl to the stars, say goodnight

Lonely monster dancing feels perfectly right
