Clouds Gonna Shake

[Intro]

Soft rain on the rooftop

Old wood in the pews

My hands feel so heavy

My heart wants the truth

[Verse 1]

I came here with questions

Dust on my faith

Every “hallelujah”

Felt so far away

But the air started trembling

When Your name was raised

[Chorus]

Clouds gonna shake

When Your glory falls on this place

Every doubt breaks

When I see You face to face

I hear that mighty

Thunder praise

Heaven in the sound

The ground awake

Clouds gonna shake

Clouds gonna shake

[Verse 2]

Old saints start a-swaying

Tears in their eyes

I hear all their stories

In one hungry cry

All my years of running

Meet You in this light

[Chorus]

Clouds gonna shake

When Your glory falls on this place

Every doubt breaks

When I see You face to face

I hear that mighty

Thunder praise

Heaven in the sound

The ground awake

Clouds gonna shake

Clouds gonna shake

[Bridge]

(Lift me up) from the valley

(Lift me up) out the grave

(Lift me up) every voice now

Shouting out Your name

(Lift me up) chains are falling

(Lift me up) we are changed

(Lift me up) all creation

Roaring out Your praise

[Chorus]

Clouds gonna shake

When Your glory falls on this place

Every doubt breaks

When I see You face to face

I hear that mighty

Thunder praise

Heaven in the sound

The ground awake

Clouds gonna shake

Clouds gonna shake (oh, clouds gonna shake)

[Outro]

One last “hallelujah”

Hangs in the air

All that I can whisper

“You were always there”
