Phone lights up then fades away, waiting for a goodnight text

City's so big, but loneliness is what comes next

Lock my thoughts in the notes, friends see a glimpse at best

Growing up means learning how to mute my SOS

I'm not okay, but I'll say I'm fine

Hiding behind filters, wiping tears, toeing the line
