Generation Wildfire

[Intro]

We were born in pixel storms

Late-night screens, caffeine and gold

Turned our scars to secret codes

Now we’re loaded, locked, and go

[Pre-Chorus]

Hands up

Heart drum

Can you feel that fuse run

Through the floor, through your bones

Like a signal saying go

[Chorus]

We are the generation wildfire

Lighting up the sky, going higher

From the front row straight to the wire

Can’t stop, won’t drop, we’re the choir

Shouting oh-oh, oh-oh, all together

Turn a spark to a storm, to forever

Every heartbeat hitting like a choir

We are, we are, generation wildfire (hey!)

[Verse 2]

Passport ink on paper dreams

Cheap hotels and silver screens

Every “no” we turned to steam

Rising from the in-between

[Pre-Chorus]

Hands up

One voice

Every doubt’s a dead noise

Hear the ground start to shake

Feel the future that we make

[Chorus]

We are the generation wildfire

Lighting up the sky, going higher

From the front row straight to the wire

Can’t stop, won’t drop, we’re the choir

Shouting oh-oh, oh-oh, all together

Turn a spark to a storm, to forever

Every heartbeat hitting like a choir

We are, we are, generation wildfire

[Bridge]

[Crowd chant, distant, 3s arena echo]

Gen-er-a-tion

Wild-fire, wild-fire

Gen-er-a-tion

Wild-fire, wild-fire

[Beat slams back in]

No flag, just faces burning bright

New maps drawn in city light

Our name written across the sky

This is us, this is our time (our time!)

[Chorus]

We are the generation wildfire

Lighting up the sky, going higher

From the front row straight to the wire

Can’t stop, won’t drop, we’re the choir

Shouting oh-oh, oh-oh, all together

Turn a spark to a storm, to forever

Every heartbeat hitting like a choir

We are, we are, generation wildfire (oh-oh)

We are, we are, generation wildfire
