Knock Knock Moonlight Treats

When the porch light glows and the pumpkins grin

We hold eye with a lantern, shoulder to shoulder in

The leaves go hush as the cool night starts

And the moon hangs up its silver heart

From door to door, we walk down the street

Tiny feet marching in a brave heartbeat

A friendly knock, a cheerful cheer

Trick or treat, and the treats appear

Follow the lanterns one by one

Under the moon and the autumn sun

Hand in hand, we're brave as can be

Kids of the night with a song in me

Candy corn and chocolate smiles

Widow paper bags full of midnight miles

We laugh so bright in our costumes new

A pirate, a pumpkin, a ghost or two

If the shadows sway and the wind says, boo

We stick together, me and you

With the warmth of light to guide us home

No one walks on my own

Follow the lanterns one by one

Under the moon and the autumn sun

Hand in hand, we're brave as can be

Kids of the night with a song in me

Follow the lanterns, hearts of light

We found our courage in the Halloween night
