Left the 99

[Verse 1 - I want to sing you my song all for you God I will raise a hallelujah while your praises will be forever on my lips and I say amen all in one breath in the Valley or on the mountain you stay the same never changing your never failing, you've never failed me once and you won't start now [Verse 2 - I'm surrounded and covered by the blood of Jesus the one who chose me first never second guessing his choice not even while on the cross he took me into his arms and said I am the one he cannot live without [Bridge - my child, can you not see I didn't just hang and die on a tree I fought death hell and the grave and took back the key, and I gave you a way out I became sin and the sacrifice [Chorus - I left the 99 to come save and rescue you I left the 99 when you were broken and confused not a single angel held me back I ran through the dark to find where you were at I left the 99 just to bring you home [Verse 3 - the shepherd knows each wound that you carry every tear you've cried in the night he counts the hairs upon your head and calls you worthy of his life you are not a number in a crowd you are the one he called aloud [Chorus - I left the 99 to come save and rescue you I left the 99 when you were broken and confused not a single angel held me back I ran through the dark to find where you were at I left the 99 just to bring you home [Bridge so sing it out with every breath you hold the story of the love that never grows old the shepherd found the one that went astray and he carried her home on the final day [Outro - I left the 99 I left the 99 just to bring you home [End]
