I woke up swinging from a towel rack high

With a banana grin and a wide-eyed sigh

The mirror said, "Buddy, you are quite a sight"

A monkey in a bathroom in the middle of the night

I slipped on a soap bar, did a little dance

Caught my tail in the curtain, lost my last chance

But I laughed so hard that the tiles shook fast

This monkey life is silly, but I’m living it fast
